AIMS@JCU has been fostering the inclusion of First Nations students in Marine Science since sponsoring the foundation of ATSIMS in 2013. AIMS@JCU is proud to have initiated the Indigenous internship programme at AIMS and contributed to the Winter school as well as providing financial support to First Nations undergraduates.
